(no subject)
Much to the disgust of one of my friends, we've been watching some True Blood. And I've also been catching up on BSG new webisodes - talk about getting me hyped up. Not sure how I'll manage to talk about anything else once BSG and Lost are back (with a little Fringe, but I only know one person who really watches that - shouldn't have put it on Sky, kids!).
Things are going ok over here in the household. Cats ok, Me and Marcus ok, everything back to normal after the trip. Am working some of today and then tues and weds next week so have given Marcus some 'sale-hunting' jobs to do - we don't really need anything, so we're being fairly half-hearted about it. We didn't even stock up on food yesterday, looks like tomorrow will be pizza and whatever else we bother to make. I have to buy doughnuts for work on saturday for Chanuka though! Oh, I forgot to mention I'm working saturday!
I did consider posting my TV schedule over Xmas, but maybe I'll just mention highlights.
Watch Mark Gatiss' Crooked House - it sounds awesome (I think pt 3 on tonight, but then it's repeated). Tonight is also the Book Quiz Christmas Special (a guilty pleasure for me), also the Christmas Have I Got News For YOu and Charlie Brooker's Screenwipe Review of the Year. We'll be laughing. There's also an Arena Special on Paul Scofield for the more... theatre-y.
For Lisa - Simon Pegg's Sunday Night Project - bleh, not as funny as I'd hoped. Oh well, at least it reminded us we have DVDs to get ready and send you :-)
