(no subject)
Bleh may be the word to describe me just now though I've no idea why so maybe not.
Psychology exam on Wednesday was awful, 2 hours of blank. If I did well I think I may have got 50%, because I hardly did any evaluation, and it's like most essay subjects- evaluation is half the marks! I just couldn't think of anything until the last 15 minutes, and then there was no time to write all down. And I had worked quite hard for it, I thought. Ah well, hopefully it ill be okay, from my AS results and coursework I could afford to lose 100 marks between the two exams and still get an A, and the first one went very well, still I think I may have to settle with a B, if the other one was worse than I thought and I get a C I'll be gutted, if I get a B I will be but not all that surprised.
But following the trauma of that exam, I was really not in the mood in the evening to revise for chemistry the following afternoon, so didn't start til 9, and gave up and went to bed at 10. Then had general studies in the morning, so chemistry revision was kept to a minimum! But it went surprisingly well, obviously all the revision days at the beginning of study leave paid off! Didn't go amazingly, but I knew anything so I was happy. 3 A-levels down; just chemistry to finish! And it's not been going too badly.
My life doesn't get much more exciting than exams just now, although yesterday I had my D of E group ound and we set up the tent in the back room to see if we'd all fit in it- which we just about did without bags of anything, so we're gonna have to borrow a school one, alas. But it was fun anyway, and then we walked to Tesco and bought all the evening meals, we're going to be SO FED UP of pasta in tomato and basil sauce by the time we get home, but never mind! I can't wait to go though, after all the exams it's going to be so nice to just wander the countryside and not have to think (well not hard anyway) and just be outside for a week :D Yes, that is the way to finish school.
And on that happy note, I'm off. Hmm, that was a very poor quality update, I can't wait to get my life back!
