I found an old LJ that I had 6 years ago when I was doing so well with losing weight. I was almost 60 pounds lighter than I am now. I was doing so good. I read through the journal and so many memories came flooding back to me. I remembered what I did to lose those pounds,

After I wrote that entry yesterday though I made myself a thinspo playlist and its awesome. Plus it kept me occupied for several hours haha.
Yeah I also find that if you try to lose weight for anyone but yourself, you'll fail. I tried to lose weight for ages cos my dad said I was too fat and would die of a heart attack before I was 30 if I didnt do something. His exact words. Prick. And all I ended up doing was putting on more weight because I'd try and then get so depressed that I was so obviously fat to everyone I knew.
So do it for you. Do it so you can be beautiful and be a girl and look pretty. I'm doing it so I don't get the urge to grossly disfigure every girl I see in short shorts.....lol.
