Falling into place
Yesterday, we signed a lease for a new apartment in Monterey starting in July. Quality of life is important to me, and living in a place where your landlord comes into your apartment whenever he wants without notice is unacceptable.
I had a job interview yesterday for a firm that represents a large fashion company. The position I interviewed for was Inventory Controller. I got a call from one of my references who spoke with the interviewer, who said that I "have a bright future ahead of me." He was also very enthusiastic during my interview, and impressed with my Script Supervision. I'm not getting too excited, because I've seen sure things slip through my hands many times before.
