It has been so long I do not know what to write.
I have been in a coma. There was a great uprising against mutants and I was almost killed, but thanks to Dr. McTaggart's kindness and skill, am on the mend.
I wish that I could say the same for my friends.
The X-Men are dead. They sacrificed themselves to defeat Nimrod once and for all.
What else can I say? Logan, Ororo, Piotr, Rogue, Betsy, Allison, Longshot and Alex are dead.
After all we fought for, these many battles, our great triumphs it has meant nothing. We are hated still.
