So, this week, because it was my graduation week, I decided to take it off, food wise. I left myself eat whatever I wanted, but kept up my activity.
Interestingly enough, I still went down 0.8! It must mean that somewhere in my brain, new habits are starting to form. Also, my body just didn't feel good. It must mean my body just doesn't want it anymore. I'm so glad!
