Dead, dying and will continue to die for the foreseeable future
OH HAI. I'm Betsy, the lazy-ass procrastinator whose life and academic record are going to hell because of it.
~ Research paper that was due THURSDAY is still not finished. Extension, you say? *hysterical laughter* No, more like an avis de retard to befiled through the secrétariat. Will have to come up with some motif de justification other than "I iz failz" or to invoke ma propre turpitude.
~ Reason why the paper is going nowhere is because I DON'T KNOW HOW TO WRITE. Average speed of the rédaction? Something like 3 hours per page. Also, footnotes can go shoot themselves in the...well, foot.
~ And it's not like I haven't been working on it. In fact, I've slept no more than 4 hours per night this entire week and oh yeah, I haven't attended actually a single class. ARGBLEHMPHMADEOFFAIL!!!
~ The result of all this? I calculated that I have THIRTY-ONE POINT FIVE hours of studying/reading/catching up to do. And c'est sans compter classes (which you know, are there for a reason idiot), work, volunteering, family, commuting, eating and that other little thing called sleep.
~ So really, what I wanted to say was:
IF SEE ME WASTING MY SORRY TIME ON LJ OR FACEBOOK OR ON MSN OR SOMETHING ANYTIME IN THE UPCOMING WEEK, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BOTTER MON CUL (A.K.A. KICK MY ASS).

(1) I would say that this entry is the exceptio probat regulam in casibus non exceptis by my being at work and therefore hors de la compétence ratione materiae of the above-mentioned rule, but my command of Latin-based rhetorics is shaky at best.
(2) Amusingly appropriate and totally not on purpose usage of Morgana and Gwen graphics is...amusing.
