1. Battlestar Galactica. The Craggly One indeed. XD Olmos is so freaking awesome, and it's just -- like -- there aren't enough words in the language to communicate the badassity of Adama. He is That Cool.
2. Stargate: Atlantis. Rodney McKay, the most adorable hedgehog man in all the galaxies there ever were -- he was my favorite character on Atlantis well before I had any conception that there was an Atlantis, and to him I have stayed true. ;-) Which does not mean that Sheppard is not scrumptious, nor does it mean that I do not have the mad Zelenka love (for I do, and it is near as rabid). I also love Carson. And the cute little Asian girl on Rodney's team who has the mad Rodney crush, for that matter. It's just ... eee! Rodney! Man I OTC'd so fast on that show.
3. Star Trek: Enterprise. Shran! I wasn't actually going to list him as my favorite character, but then when Faith did I realized -- he so is. ;-) Shraaaaan! But it was going to be Phlox, so James gets credit too. John Billingsley rocks my socks.
4. Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
5. Lost. Yeah ... I like Charlie. Anyone who guessed Sayid would also be right, though.
6. Blake's 7 Gosh, that was quick. ;-) Yeah, it's Vila Restal, who is not only the most adorable thing ever: he is also the television representation of my favorite fantasy archetype to glom onto. Also he's the most adorable thing ever and I just want to pick him up and squeeze him. XD
7. Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Giles, yeah. I don't know that I even need to explain this one. I mean -- Giles. He's Giles, yeah?
8. Angel: And continuing with the mad predictability, Wesley. I love the boy for his issues.
9. The West Wing: TOBY! Snarky, mildly evil Jewish teddy bear. I want to BE him when I grow up (maybe slightly less miserable). On with the love for cynical bitter people! Especially ones that are grouchy. God I love Toby Ziegler. (In the crux, it would be hard to choose between him and C.J. Cregg, however. I love C.J. ... she rocks.)
10. Farscape: This is the show of weird exceptions to traditional favoritism for me. But yes. Crais is my favorite. D'Argo is a close second, because Crais isn't around that much ... but the thing of it is, D'Argo and Crais being my favorite things on the show? That's weird as hell. :-P
I have more shows, though. :( My life is centered on the idiot box. I'll list some more for the hell of it. 'Cause I'm a cheater.

12. Firefly Ahh, Wash. XD He is SUCH my Firefly boyfriend, except that Zoe would kill me for thinking it.
13. Star Trek: The Original Series Hooray, McCoy! Even despite the mad Pavel crush to which I've been admitting since the age of God knows what, you can't beat Bones McCoy on the crew of the Enterprise. *sniff*
14. Stargate: SG1. I love Harry Maybourne. No fuckin' apologies. XD
15. Babylon 5. G'kar is that cool. No really, he is. Not many fishies left in the sea ...
16. Frasier. His name is Niles Crane, but I'll give it to you anyway because I knew who you meant. Eeee ... the cute! Also, with the incredible neurotic!
17. Red Dwarf. Arnold J. Rimmer is my favorite character on the Dwarf, yeah. To continue the trend of adoring characters who are at core, miserable.
Is it fair to put Andromeda? I've only watched three episodes but I have every *intention* of watching more. Conditionally,

On that note, is it fair to put Alias? I watched half of season 1 like a year ago but it seems like longer because OMG fannish years are longer than normal ones. Conditionally,

21. Star Trek: The Next Generation.
22. Highlander. Yeah, I am one of the Methos fen. Although anyone who said Joe Dawson would also be right, because, Joe! But cynical bitter people, people who are out for number one and find themselves inexplicably drawn to a Hero Type and spend much of their time together more or less going "wtf?" Mmm, the slashy. ;-) I believe that Methos fits into all of those categories and more besides, what with the being really freaking old. I'm drawn to be his pragmatism. The fact that he's played by one of the most gorgeous men ever is only a bonus.
Talk to me in a few more months, I might be able to do all the way to 30.
