Two months ago, my dog and I were out for a walk, when, out of nowhere, he attacked me. Not just a growl and a bite, but a series of bites that went on for an extended period of time until I wrangled him back to my apartment. Aww, I'm sorry. What a hard decision. *hugs* It definitely sounds like you have more than enough on your plate as it is, though, and I know the struggles that my parents have had with their older dog and her dominance issues (mostly relating to other dogs and not to people, thank goodness)! I hope you find a nice kitty (or two).
