because i don't get to use this icon in comments often i have to use it in posts
i know i'm supposed to hate mysoju cuz it streams fansubs even when they ask you not to stream their subs. having tried to sub "STORY OF TIME" last summer, i completely understand the hard work put into subbing a video [and being new at it, it took me two weeks to sub an episode and in the end completely abandoned]
but bee was telling me that she was watching "smiling pasta" and how the girl has a very high falsetto. well, most taiwanese girls speak like that. it's just how it is. i don't know why. i don't speak with a high falsetto but the 90's gen [those born in the 80's] mostly does if i look back and remember my extended family and how they speak. my god sis has a very high voice. i'm going half deaf b/c she laughed so loudly and at such a high pitch right next to my ear.
bee also informs me that the leading actor was malay and ppl were complaining about his weird accent. he definitely had a weird accent. it wasn't naturally chinese and he has a weird voice.
but MAIN POINT
i found on mysoju that they have a link for "STORY OF TIME"!!! YAY!!!!!!!!
everyone must watch.
