Sick Baby = Unhappy Auntie
Devin has a cold and is uber whiny baby. I'm exhausted and also uber whiny. Wesley is happy though because I told him he could finally play a video game after a few hours of educational play. :op I had to combine the power of the Magic Nap Boobs with the Musical Boobage from Spring Break to get Devin to sleep just now. I turned on my "mushy" playlist on my phone, stuck it in the bra, and then rocked Devin. The music kept his attention enough to keep him from crying, and then the rocking put him to sleep. "Color My World" by Backstreet was the winning song. :o) Poor little snotty snooky head.
My mom is supposed to come over at 2:00 and take over so that I can go home and get ready for tonight's Graduation Reception Dinner thing. Then we'll leave town once Heather gets home. The thing is in Jackson for some reason so it's an hour drive from here. I'm so effing tired. I didn't sleep for crap last night and then had to be here at 6:30. *yawn* I should probably make some coffee, but that takes effort and two hands. If I put Devin down he'll wake up and I don't want that yet. So... for now I'm going to head back over to the cushy chair with him and snuggle a bit.
