It's almost funnyy. So motivated and then FAIL.
Probably ate 2200 cals yesterday, then this morning MCDONALDS.
Ill write this shiatt down anyway so i can see it.
egg&cheese mcmuffin: 300 cals 14 f
hashbrown: 150 cals 9 f
iced hazelnut coffee: 183 cals 7.5 f
soooo i guess im feeling some very low low low low low low FAT foods today.
