Summer is finally here and i'm officially graduated.
My body is major sucking and def. not ready for summer. Currently 5'3'' and 157 pounds. This whole restricting for months and binging for months thing isnt really working (obviously). So new plan. Start by eating healthily. Once I have that down, restricting should be easier and most likely more long term.
The goal weight? 115
It will happen. I've never been more determined.
The motivation? college and making sure my boyfriend (3 1/2 years) wants to stay with me through all of this.
