Hey, this is supposed to be a STITCHING blog!
So let's actually talk stitching. Why? Because I actually stitched! I have been putting a few stitches a day into this pattern but it seems like enough now for a real picture. And that means I get to post an update and that is good! And even better, I have SEX to report. No, not that type (this is a G rated blog!), the Stash Enhancement eXperience kind!
This will eventually be this (but it will say Emily Rebecca, not Daniel Andrew, of course). I really like the way the back-stitching makes the plaid work - I have to take a close up shot, the detailing is really cool!
And, since hubby was away for 2 LONG weeks ( a week in London and then a week in India), I treated myself to some retail therapy. I got all the threads required for the E.
and since I was logged on and shopping, I got this pattern. It seems silly to buy a pattern since I don't have time for the ones I already own, but I did it anyway. I adore it and cannot wait to start thinking about color combos!
