Covered CA Day 17 - Still no changes
I'm still waiting for the promised information to show up in the mail. It's been more than a week since the information was requested, so it clearly wasn't mailed on the day of request or the day after. Maybe it will come today.
I tried logging in today, and I couldn't get past the login screen. There is a little helpful note in the announcements section that says the "find your doctor" feature isn't working and is being upgraded. It's dated October 1st, but all announcements in that box have always been dated October 1st, and I know it wasn't there the last time I visited the site. When I click on the link to see all the announcements, it takes me to the same static page that has always been there, containing the 2 announcements in English and Spanish about "Need Medi-Cal before January 2014? ¿Necesita Medi-Cal antes de Enero 2014?" and "Pregnant and need coverage now? ¿Embarazada y necesita cobertura ahora?"
The words, "See how well the health plans are doing!" don't actually link to anything.
