[Nagi is standing over a pot and fire outside (the old days were the best days), stirring and boiling some kind of food. You can't really tell if it looks good or bad from the steam rising up but you can only pray that it's hopefully decent. After an extremely short time, the mage takes a spoonful of the substance and puts it in his mouth
