Help please!

Need a bit of help here.
Just wanted to ask, is anyone experiencing severe delayed postage due to the rain?
I have FOUR packages that have yet to arrive, all by normal mail, which is insane, considering I have NEVER lost any package via normal mail before and suddenly BAM, four are severely delayed/ lost (ARGH) And there's a bag in the midst too, which is quite absurd to get lost, considering just how bulky it is
The earliest, was sent out about 2 and a half weeks ago, the latest about 1 week ago. But they are from blogshops, spree-ers and the one item which I bought from a reseller, the seller provided me COP, so I know that she did send it out.
I'm getting really really worried, cos its quite a big loss but I can't claim it back cos its normal mail either.
Anyone facing the same problem? Or can advise me on what my next steps should be to attempt to trace back my missing packages?
