Lollyrouge Sundae Swirl Dress (Mint, S)
First buy from Lollyrouge! They’ve been around for quite a long time around, but i’ve never bought from them before. Not that their pieces have never caught my eye, but because i’m a shortie, and their dresses are usually 33″ or 34″. But i finally decided to get 2 items from them this week because I liked the design. I know the zara inspired design has been launched at several blogshops, and i can’t forgive myself for being super slow!!! The other item i got is the pheonix faerie top, which will arrive in 2 weeks! *excited*
Love love love the design of the dress. I really wished it could be worn back to front too, but alas, it can only be worn with the sweetheart cut in front as the V neck is too low at the back. Love the intricate lace that was used to make the dress. It’s lightweight and comfortable to wear. Cap sleeves are so my thing now that i’ve lost weight at the arms. . I got S size for this dress based on the measurements. The dress is a little loose for me at the ptp, and quite loose at the waist. I think the waist looks better secured with a belt. The colour is mint. Quite true to the photos on lollyrouge. I’m not too sure that mint is my colour - maybe i should have gotten the white, but a change of colour is quite refreshing! Also a little on the long side for me, but nothing i can’t deal with heels. Comes with side zip. I think S size will fit up to large UK8/small UK10, maybe even UK10!
Must definitely commend them for their customer service. Fast response, efficient mailing and they sound super sweet too!
