Got these lovelies in the mail this week.
Missypixie Sadie White, Watercolour floral romper, size M
It wasn't love at first sight, but I bought this as I had unused credits with MP. I did not regret my decision. This piece is really unique with the cut-in round neckline and the exposed back. The back is high enough to cover the bra strap. This piece is lined, and the material is light and breezy. Only downside is that I'd hoped that it comes with pockets tho, given that the price runs into the 30s. Good for a casual weekend to a nearby mall. Runway Bandits Pladr Colourblock Shift Dress (grey), one size
I'd thought this would be perfect for a work shift dress, but was a little disappointed when I tried it on, as it's really tight on the hips/ tummy area. As you can see, there are fold lines around my tummy area. The dress is not lined, and the material can get warm. However, I really like the colour block design and the black cut-in at the waist gives the illusion of a slimmer figure. Perhaps a girdle might do the trick, but I'm not sure if I can wear it all day in office. Half-minds if I should keep or let this go. Smooch Bella Lace Dress, one-size
Been wanting to find an elegant long-sleeved dress for night events as I don't look good in standard bustier dresses. This is a really nice piece, but again, very unforgiving at the tummy area due to the bodycon design. Best suits a UK6 lady. Still half-minds about this too... so.... drop me a note if you're keen :)
