Did you feedback to LB?

They could take issue with the courier company on your behalf since the courier company was selected by them. If it wasn't an isolated incident, perhaps they would even consider switching courier companies in the future as a poor choice of their courier partner could indirectly affect their customer satisfaction level.

Hello! I have emailed Love Bonito, still awaiting their reply! (: in fact this isn't the first time I experienced delay from them. It's just one of the worst, yet. Sigh.....

i had the same experience too! i made a purchase on sunday (22/12) and received the delivery email from LB on monday (23/12). the parcel only arrived at my place on saturday. maybe it's the holiday season that led to the delay in delivery.

Hello! Sad to hear of your experience with them too. I understand its the holiday season, what I was annoyed about was delaying the delivery time and again, and I had to call them several times to know the delivery status so that I can make arrangements on my end. With the efficiency of ibanking these days, still, I have to 'chase' them for the refund. This will certainly be my last time using their courier service :(

Hi babe! I had the same problem too.. my normal mails purchased at a later date from LB were actually received much earlier than the courier company. They just keep delaying and delaying their delivery. Super annoyed with them >:(

Hello!
Yes it's so annoying right :( when it's supposed to be the fastest mode of delivery end up being the last. And we have to constantly change our arrangements to ensure someone's home to receive the parcel. I hope something can be done to improve their efficiency :(

I had a similar experience with bad courier service. Before the courier company even sent my parcel, I called them up to tell them that I wouldn't be at home and could they please arrange another delivery day. They said no, and that if no one was home I still had to pay the $5 redelivery fee - what nonsense, especially when I've already made it clear to them that I wouldn't be home. I next asked them why they were so inflexible and you know what the courier company said? They said that since Love Bonito has been ridiculously inflexible with them, they would do the same to the LB customers.

Hello! Oh dear...sorry to hear of your unpleasant experience. Oh my gosh.....such poor service! Did you feedback to Love Bonito about this? I have still yet to receive any reply from Love Bonito despite their 1-2 days wait. Zzz.

hey, i think i read somewhere which states re-delivery (in the case where the person is not at home) will incur additional charge!
but i agree about inflexible part, shud just stick to registered postage, i think it will arrive faster too!
