Your coloring has shifted dramatically. Everything used to be soft and pale, but you've leapt into deep, vibrant coloring schemes now. You do both quite well!

I adore your coloring. I've always loved your monochrome icons; you do them so well! They're always interesting to look at, you do such fun things with shapes. (I got the geometric challenge at iconquest, every time I try I just wind up staring blankly at my "bag" before fleeing)

I honestly didn't even realize until someone pointed it out to me late last year that I make a lot of monochromatic icons. It's just a consequence of not having stronger cap-coloring skills really. I think I've improved in coloring though, for sure, and I don't feel as apprehensive as I once did when I open caps in PS. Shapes, on the other hand...shapes are like crack to me. CRACK. Just be fearless! What's the worst that could happen? They're just icons after all. Experiment and have fun with whatever's in your bag!)

I just love your monochrome icons, they're so neat and Idk they work really well. I also adore your geometric shapes and more complex compositions. Your last batch is just wow, I couldn't stop looking at the icon remakes!

I like that both the icons in the middle look similar in coloring. It kinda gives a frame of reference about how not everything in your coloring has changed, and it's nice to see that bridge between the start and end of 2012. I definitely see deeper, richer tones in the last post's icons, and it'll be cool to see what happens when you throw more textures in the mix!

Your colors now are worlds away from where they were in that first post. Everything is much brighter and lusher now, and it's impressive to see that you've progressed in a very noticeable manner!

I'm not around as much as I used to be in past years, so that activity's been a nice way to show love to so many people at once! :D
