I recently finished a 2 month long project for masonry and concrete inspection for a Walmart going up on the Eastern Shore. I came back to the office and ECS in Richmond needed to downsize because there isn't much going on in the way of construction around. Ray Boyd, my boss who I look up too, hooked me up with another company, Dominion
