Berwald, even for having lived exclusively on the island for the past five years, had never accumulated a lot of "stuff".  He never bought much for himself that wasn't of a "practical" nature. It took all day and a lot of "tips" to moving men, but all of their belongings had been packed and moved to the new house.  Berwald spent HOURS on the phone. Channeling all his energy into moving "the Clan" out of his tiny dorm room into something a lot more spacious and a hell of a lot more secured.
