Tino and I will be catching a flight and be home Friday afternoon and we'll take the weekend to get used to Island Time again before classes start again on Monday. (I really hope I can get back into classes again, I feel a million miles removed from school with all the changes in my life in just the past few months. It feels like years.)

I would have never thought that was why Hana growled at him. He has such a lack of trust for animals, like how Rasputin would, for some reason, just attack him. I have no idea why Rasputin would do that, but I've seen it with my own eyes. Rasputin was sitting on my lap and purring and Mads walked in the room and Rasputin was fine even as he walked around the living room. Mads sat in a chair and was just reading a metal working magazine and then like some switch was flipped in Rasputin after about 5 minutes of being fine he just started hissing and spitting and gunning for Mathias' feet. I mean, Erik said it was because he had a near death experience, but he was no where near as hurt as you and Ivan were.

Do you think Hana could sense one of Mads' serious episodes? Like, one of his violent ones where he locks himself in his room and doesn't come out? Or the ones where he does nothing but sleep? I've heard Siguard talk about times where he'll just stay in bed for three days because he doesn't have the energy. When he was first medicated they had him on an antidepressant and lithium; antidepressant for his downs, and lithium to deal with his manias. He didn't take the antidepressant for a while, when his mania was stable he learned to manage his lows, but after october he went back on the antidepressants so now his mood is being leveled and he has to keep track of two drugs. He misses at least one dose of one of them all the time. I wish he was better at managing his medicine. I'd hate to see him hurt himself on day, like drinking too much or becoming interested in drugs or something. He is like an older brother to me on some levels.

Well we have up the notes in the kitchen to remind him, we pay attention to Hana I suppose and ask if he took his meds when she's getting protective and wary of him.

Ask Siguard too I suppose.
