Up until a couple of months ago, if you asked me what a toner does, I wouldn't be able to tell you. Now I know that there are different toners for different uses. Toners have evolved and they're more than the harsh astringent that our mothers used to swear by. I use two different toners -- one for daytime (Etude Wonder Pore) and one for nighttime.
