I remember when I first bought lipstick from their counter in Eastwood Mall, the SA who "helped" me pick Craving seemed so bored assisting me. He wasn't very pleasant and encouraging, but being that I wanted badly to get a lipstick, I didn't mind his being not nice.

The second tube, I bought in Rustan's Shang and I agree that their SAs there are nicer and helpful.

The SAs in Glorietta are not my fave too and I heard the ones in Rockwell aren't that nice din. The Shang branch is my fave. Next is Duty Free. Haha

What other color did you get?

The Duty Free SAs seem bored and not patient enough for questions but they're not snooty and they answer naman when you talk to them lol.

I'm lucky I always get the friendly ones in Duty Free! I usually ask the bekis, they're nicer! Haha
