Appearance: white grapefruit color, some bubbles--it's a slightly sparkling wine.
Nose: light floral aromas, peach, fresh bread
Palate: medium-bodied, dry, medium acidity. Peaches, honeydew melon, tropical notes (pineapple and lychee), some minerality and herbal notes.
Price: $10. The winery's website says $20, but I paid $10--maybe the price went up considering what a bargain it was! The first dry muscat I liked, ever.
Had it with shrimp and braised turnips.
