Oh, it exists! There's lots of it if you know where to look. I didn't know about it either until I saw the Ship Manifesto and went, "huh, I remember that movie!" and clicked. I last saw it way before I got into slash, though, so it was all new to me. But it was fabulous.

irisbleufic has The Series/Book of Hours which starts here and goes from I think a year to a year-and-a-half pre-movie up to and beyond the movie. It's awesome and wonderful and heartbreaking but sooo worth it. And, if you want a happier ending than the movie, irisbleu also wrote the College AU.

There's also lots of fics over at billyjoeyslash. Some of them are dead links because people had journals deleted/left LJ, but a lot of them are still there

This is just so AWESOME, sweetie. And the fic was wonderful, the structure was perfect and I hope you do write the whole thing one day. I think I told you when previewing that it would be an incredible backstory!

This is just LOVE - simple as that. My absolute favorite thing, outside of all of it, has to be the Batman stroller! Oh Rodney and adorable little Aiden.
