Josh is home!
So Josh is finally home! His plane landed around 10:30, though his bags didn't make it. The layover in Vegas was so quick that his bags apparently stayed in Vegas and will be arriving in L.A. sometime this morning. I would be PISSSSED. Luckily, he's a boy and doesn't need to do much in order to get ready in the morning.
In wedding news, I decided to take this small binder thing we got from one of the Insurance Carriers and make it into a wedding book. I'll print out pictures of ideas, or of things already being used in the wedding, and document meetings and such.
We have meetings with a Make-up Artist and a Floral Designer this weekend - though I'm more excited about the latter. I'm sooo apprehensive about getting my makeup done by someone else. The one time I had mine done was for Rachele's wedding and she made us look like hookers. When we got home, we washed our faces and did our own - it was that bad. Oy.
The Floral Designer I'm very excited about. I talked with her on the phone a bit yesterday and I feel like she'll collaborate with me really well and come up with some great ideas based on my vision. I can't wait to sit down with her and brainstorm. Josh is excited too - he just doesn't know it yet.
Did I mention how nice it is to have Josh back home. He's at work all this week, but it looks like he'll have next week off. And hopefully he'll get picked up for something the week after. Oh man - I just realized, we'll be sending off deposits for our photographer and DJ. That desperately needs doing.
Thursday is Harry Potter and this weekend we're off at my sisters for her birthday. The fun times continue!
