Just found out that the neighbour of my dreamland I own is not protected by the "law of protection of culture land". Mine is. So it means I have a good soil but not him, but most of all is he can build on, which I can't. That's very exciting, we will try to contact him if he would sell 2.5 acres out of his 100 acres and then we could build and move there, I know it's a long shot, but I'm chirpy!
As for the kids living on their own next door, we will need to set clearer rules to protect my belongings and my sleep...
Demanding year, I won't take five groups of grade 11 (last year of high school in QC)
Many small cool projects for summer, plus many touch-ups for the house we want to sell. I won't have enough time with seven weeks. ok, don't throw me rotten tomatoes!
