Blessings in Disguise
Senior year of high school is "supposed" to be easy work/ college level prep, but I was ultra pissed when I found out all the teachers I had were the ones everyone avoided. I didn't have chorus because it didn't fit in my schedule and they gave me advanced weight training FLSDKJFKALJDSLA;JJLDSLFJ =___=
BUT I met most of my teachers yesterday and got a better impression. Most importantly, I asked my chorus teacher if I could still shove in chorus class into my schedule. and. he. placed me in CHAMBER CHORUS!! Screw lunch I have chorus xD
Just a few months ago, I was stressed about auditioning for Chamber, tried my best and didn't get in. But this. THIS was just so unexpected! I managed to ~enter the ranks of the elite singers~ because of my schedule *glittery eyes*
So this year I have sacrificed my friends and lunch for choir. I will, I MUST make my sacrifice worth and try my best! I will help Tech win Gold in NYSMA this year! Eventually I will sing a solo during graduation ceremony ; A; and make my 4 years of chorus worth every moment.
