moving and future
Well I'm in for a long day at the shop today, opened at 12 pm closing at 11. Am taking a quick break while the shop is dead to update on the house front.
We can have a cat flap *bounce*
We can use the loft space *bounce*
I am sooo bouncey at this.
The packing hasn't quite been going as it should, the dining room is nearly all packed (wine making stuff, alkifrol, gardening stuff and the bits in the breakfast thingy need packing) Ok so its not nearly packed we've just packed Books and Boardgames.
Had Kerry over for a few days which was nice, but I didn't do much packing. We no have no DVDs out though.
*sigh* had thought we were making progress. Am obviously doing nothing tonight, and then may not do anything when I get in from work tomorrow. Friday I will launch a full attack on the house, no box will be left unfilled, no item unpacked. It shall be war!
Having Kerry over was good fun, did a full lap of the Manchester Museum. I didn't know they had animals, all this time I could have volunteered. Also made me think more about what I wanna do sciency wise. Is the masters I want to apply for really right for what I wanna do? When I think about it the area that most inerests me is parasites, go more specific and its thier interactions with humans, how our health has failed since we managed rid ourselves of them - i.e. the positive effect that they had been having on us, and how they manage to evade our immune system. How they make an impact on thier environment (us). Thats what stirs me up. But is my immunology any good? The books are packed up so I can't read them to refresh my mind. Think I'll look on here at how I did in the module, don;t remember it being great. Ouch just looked and I got a 41 :-s. It would require some serious studying. But its something to think about.
Ok think I shall potter around and tidy behind the desk, I'm guessing the kids are back at school as there is nobody in at all.

Downside of the new place: Google lies! we searched the maps for local cinewords as we have gotten ourselves the unlimited cards, it said there was one down the road. But it changed 2 years ago! They hava policy of anyone with unlimted cards gets in for 2.50 a pop which is good but not as good. The nearest cineworld to us is St Helens or Bolton. :-( but I;m still bouncey!
