1052: This, from an E-Mail a Buddy Sent Me

A man went into a restaurant in Moscow after the Communist Era. He sat down and ordered soup, meat, tea, and a copy of Pravda. The waiter said that Pravda was no longer available but he would bring the meal.

He brought the soup and the man said, "Now bring me my meat along with my tea and a copy of Pravda." The waiter repeated that the Communists were gone, so there was no Pravda, but he would bring the rest of the meal.

After bringing the meat, the man again asked for his tea and a copy of Pravda. The waiter was very angry by this time and said, "Didn't you hear what I have been saying? The Communists are gone. They aren't here anymore. I can't bring you a copy of Pravda."

The customer replied, "I know, I just like to hear you say it."
