i wonder if i would ever find one.
why people said falling in love with someone is easy?
i don't think i've ever fall for someone. being in a relationship, saying i love you, yes done that. but it's for the sake of the moment, no? i write about thumping heartbeats, electrifying feels, moments when eyes met and world seems to stop, but unfortunately i haven't felt any of that.
for me being in a relationship is suffocating. it is time consuming, no room for yourself, you can't really be yourself despite what everyone else says like oh please you just haven't found the right person yet.
what if i enjoy being single? because i've seen the so called love that withheld for years ends up broken not long after they legal. and i just can't hate anything else more than that.
love. what is that? i can understand love for families, i have a whole heart for it. but for some strangers to be my special one?
