Touch Down Japan

Touched down in Chiba Japan last week Monday. Everything's nice here. Food's good if you know how to find cheap ones. Weather's exactly like Melbourne's so it isn't all that bad. My school's started too. What I learn now is way faster than what I learnt back in Bunka Singapore because the contact hours here are intensive. People are overly well mannered here which really kinda makes me uncomfortable. I met up with Masanori and Akemi last week in Urayasu. Went for some Tonkatsu food in some restaurant which was really good, followed by a dinner prepared by Akemi at their house. Meat Stew I think it was called. Relatively nice. Life here isn't exactly that bad. I wouldn't say it is very much different from Melbourne.

On the other hand, what I am frustrated with is the approach to how we foreigners apply for basic necessities like mobile phone and net. We need some legal alien card to be done prior before able to get for these daily necessities. And this isn't just a simple 1 day or 1 week affair. It is like fucken 1 month or so. Net doesn't come in 3 days or 1 weeks' time but in 1 month or so. There are so many fucken red tapes and documentation to do prior before being able to do something good. To be honestly, it isn't fucken efficient at all. It is pure bloody bullshit. This something which I totally cannot accept and get used to here. Without net, I can neither read my soccer news nor FF nor even contact my parents or friends thru Skype. The feeling sux.

Another surprising thing is I found out that it super cost alot BY TRAIN to go to Tokyo. So before I really wanna head down, I had better plan it well first before meeting Konno.

Don't have much time to write more. Gotta go class. Cya all
