It's official now. Although I don't know what I'll be doing after graduation in December, at least I knew where I'll be: a (very) small apartment in Minneapolis with Willie while she starts law school in the fall. I can't remember who said it, but I recall someone lamenting that college is now just job prep when it should be about learning and expanding your mind. So maybe your college experience hasn't been resume building, but you HAVE learned a lot, and you've really grown as a human being. And everything you do, including Rocky, gives you a unique perspective; plus you never know what skills will be needed in your future.

Look at me. I've felt like a failure because I didn't go to grad school. Heck, I didn't even get the stuff I needed to get done to be able to apply. I worked secretorial job that I didn't particularly care for simply for a paycheck and oddly enough it's those jobs and my bachelor's degree that got me this AWESOME job where I am now. I would never in a milion years predicted I would be where I am today.

My point is, cheer up dude! Just HAVING a college degree is a leg up on a lot of people, and you never know where the future will take you. Besides, having that GPA is enough to be the President (really darling, you couldn't possibly screw up worse than the current guy :P)

BTW, are you coming back to Houston at all this summer? I should have an apartment by then...
