So much for voter anger against the government. Almost all of Iowa's incumbents won re-election last night. The main exception was our Democratic governor who was ousted by the Republican challenger. I was rather surprised about Branstad too. Feels a little odd to have him again.

Well, at least Brown didn't spend $160 million on a race he didn't win. If you're going to spend that kind of money, why not just BUY California? The state could use the money.
