Well I finally got around to using the last of my fresh blueberries (well perhaps not so fresh anymore) in a poundcake. I ran a little short of the requisite number of blueberries so I ended up using a 3/4 recipe and that seemed to work ok. Posting the full recipe though ( Read more... )
