I've now taken two day workshops through Sir John Soane Museum, plus a 5 week evening course, in drawing and I've enjoyed every one of them. The museum is a very eccentric collection of art sculpture and artifacts to inspire architects and art students.

While my mum was here Robert and I wanted to find something of interest to her to see, that was new to us too, and we settled on the Foundling Hospital, which dates from the 18th century. Good news: jpgsawyer  and edith_hedingham  liked the finished box top. I think a year from now I could do a way better job, but perhaps I can offer to repaint when the current version is sufficiently worn.
