If anyone is in Goldenrod and w-wants to help or w-whatewer, Soul's birthday is in a w-week and since I'm his moirail and brother, I w-want to giwe him the best party or w-whatewer it is you humans do.

Is it really? I had no idea! Hopefully we'll all be back in time, I would like to be there and I'm sure that Rose would too.

But uh, as far as a party goes...well guests are the most important thing. But obviously that won't be a problem. [Unlike his birthday parties back home.] So entertainment and food are a must, too. And usually humans give each other presents on their birthday. [A bit of a pause before this last one.]

Yeah, it's kind of a human birthday tradition. So I'm not surprised that's what people are telling you about. Might be a good idea to ask him. But if you're doing this as a surprise party then you might want to be discrete about it.
