Blah de blah
I actually did something this weekend, so there's stuff to write about. How odd.
Anyway it was Beck's 23rd Birthday yesterday, and Shaun had a party to go to in Nundah, so I bummed a lift off him to Laura's, and drove with her and Justin the rest of the way to Logan. Party was alright, saw a few people I haven't seen in years, pre-America actually.. Beck wanted me to stay, even pulled the 'it's my birthday you have to stay!' puppy dog face since I usually just sleep over and catch the train home. Train trip takes 3 hours and it drives me mental. It's also pretty pricy and I'm completely pov. This time though I had a ride home, and apparently Shaun's party sucked, so I had to leave Beck's after only an hour and a half. Stuff like that always makes me feel bad. Laura had told me she wanted to go home early too since she's recovering from the flu, but I don't know if she wanted to leave that early. Sigh. I get myself worked up over this stuff more than anything else.
Anyway she's still got her hen's night and bridal shower to go before we leave for Egypt in April so I'll stay for those and make it up to her. She probably doesn't even care but I'm odd like that.
I saw the Twilight movie last week and I'm planning to see it again on Tuesday - it was completely awesome. I think Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewert did a really good job as Bella and Edward. The awkwardness and the angst was brilliant, even though it didn't have quite the build up to their relationship that the book had. Still though, pretty enjoyable.
