The obstacles introduced felt really organic and not just stumbling blocks for the sake of stumbling blocks, and man I am such a sucker for fake relationships and this hit every single button in such a satisfying manner. I loved that you kept it so rooted: the tropes of this kind of story were still very much there, but in a way that it felt like these were real people and not romantic comedy archetypes. I'm thinking particularly of Jensen after he found Jared cheating: very matter-of-fact, very muted.
Seriously, this was awesome. Fun, playful dialogue, emotional resonance, and I f-ing loved Sandy in this. Thank you, babe! I'm gonna be prodding you for more fic after this, you know. ;)
