Ikebana Class

Feb 17, 2006 22:34

Our afternoon class was Ikebana, where a famous Ikebana master came to our school to teach us the essence of the art. Initially I thought he would tell us a format or structure of how to arrange these flowers such as focal point etc. But we were left to decide how we want the flowers to be displayed.

Let the photos do the talking now...tired, going to read my novel...tomorrow shopping and munch on Thai food!

Before we start...

Our group's Ikebana! They're placed at the Lobby :p Though I think at the reception would be much a better place. But we were a second too slow to raise our hands

Up close!

Yellow tulips and (I think) freesias

Gerberas, bright and cheerful!

The artists!

One more time!

Uh, and other groups works behind links.
