A good day....getting better
Today continues to be a good day.
I heard from one of my professors and I'm going to do tech for this freshman orientation sexual assault awareness play. This means that instead of getting to campus on the 25th and pretending I am not there so i dont have to pay a fine I am put on a list and can just get to campus on the 25th and not pretend. So yays.
A storm is also a-brewin' which fills the air with electricity and makes me feel like something big is about to happen.
Tonight i am also going to marrakesh, which is one of my favorite places for food consumption, to give Libbey a proper send off to her sophomore year of college.
AND I got a lovely card from my lovely roommate, kate. I CANNOT WAIT for college. (*mental note: that ALMOST rhymes)
And tomorrow i am going to see Jack Johnson at the Gorge. As of now, I believe that I am the only person in our party without a Y-chromosome who is going so.... it should definately be an experience.
Aston gave me a Death Cab CD and I am now ADDICTED. I have even taken the liberty of mentally changing the lyrics of "Sound of Settling" so that instead of singing "ba-ba-baaa" Gibbard sings "Bar-bar-aaa." I'm a geek, i know.
But hey, i have fun.
