so Windows Update keeps alerting me that there is an update ready for my computer. finally, I give in to the nagging and decide to see what it is.
it IS the best update (from Microsoft's point of view) EVAR.
"Windows Genuine Advantage Notification
The Windows Genuine Advantage Notification tool notifies you if your copy of Windows is not genuine. If your system is found to be a(sic) non-genuine, the tool will help you obtain a licensed copy of Windows."
What this really means is that if your system is found to be "a non-genuine", the tool will shut down your machine until you pay them. I wonder who actually falls for this piece of awesomeness?
