it seems that the kids are ninjas, but more on that later.
it went really well in court today. in a move that surprised no one, shawn sassed the judge, who had her removed from the courtroom. ray spoke with respect, said all the right things about what's important (the children's welfare, not who has custody), and won over the judge and the social workers. he's officially been endorsed as the better home for his son.
here comes the paperwork.
after court, during ray's "supervised visitation", the ninja kids ambushed him, but luckily for him, they are both vulnerable to "the claw." (if you saw "liar, liar" you already understand this; if not, just imagine a hand developing an evil mind of its own and going after a kid with evil tickle-related intent, while the hand's owner theatrically tries to stop it amid much outcry.)
tomorrow they're all going to the beach. i'm reliably told by
huskypapi(who should know!) that the beaches in florida have sharks, but i'm not worried. after all, it's well known that sharks FEAR ninjas.
