Oh WOW! I'm really inspired now! ^_^ Thanks Belle! Yeah, the makeup fun that I had was based on a few of those pics that you have down there at the bottom of your Pearl page. I tried not to over do the eye cream because I wanted to use my natural eyebrows (which I keep clean and have a rather nice arch).
Our Pearl above looks to have gone with a very bold red lip color, and I honestly can't tell if his lips have a natural pout or if that's just REALLY good use of gloss. ^_^ I went with a bright pink with lots of sparkles to match the eye color, but now that I look again, I think a darker shade may do the trick.
Speaking of proportions, erikonil and fechten suggested that it'd be best to make the 'armor' bigger for all of us... especially me since I'm of the big shoulder persuasion. Looking at Pearl above though, I think I may have made my prototype shoulder armor a little too big. I'll have to post a few pics for comparison

I can see that scaling up the shoulders to be in proportion with your frame is definitely a good plan - but don't go over the top and make them huge. Pearl's rather a delicate, pretty thing. Please do post pics if what you've got so far!
Don't let the lips go an orangey-red, keep it pinky of course, but nice and strong colour- it is stage makeup.
Now, is there a difference at all in the makeup that the coaches wear when they're doing publicity stuff, or Open Day since they're closer to the audiance?
