(no subject)
Seems like a lot has happened recently ... I'll keep it succinct.
- My car died in the middle of October, but we all knew that already. I got it back on Monday the 16th, and on the 19th it wouldn't accelerate over 10 mph. It went back to the shop and there was something wrong with the alternator, and was an easy fix. Now the car is happy and healthy and home. :) I've decided that this car needs a name - it's a girl car - because we've been through SO much together. I first got her 7 years ago and we have driven many places and had many experiences together. It's a 2003 Saturn Vue, red. Any suggestions?
- School is coming along nicely ... I have a lot to do in only a few weeks, which is great and terrifying all at once. I think my looking forward to December is keeping me optimistic.
- Things to look forward to in December: Seeing family and friends, getting my wedding dress, seeing my centerpieces (that my mom and dad are making), picking bridesmaid dresses, showing Josh our wedding location, tux fittings, flower arrangements, invitations... a lot of wedding planning. :) As it turns out, my 2nd cousin is a brilliant florist! I love that we have so many people who are close to us helping us with the wedding: Sheena (photographer), Stephanie (cake baker), Laura (officiant), Andrew (florist) ... we couldn't do it without these wonderful people! :) I can't even explain how I excited I am for this wedding and for my marriage to Josh to begin!!!
