Ahhh what to say? Same old stuff lately, work and more work! Finally today will be my last day until Christmas break and then I'll be back on the 2nd of January. While I'm in Hawaii I'll have SOME access to a computer but not very much. If you want to email me I'll be able to access my gmail account... aauld@gmail.com... from the internet...

So we got our new couch on Saturday. It's actually not really NEW, it was a couch formerly owned by friends of my parents but was little used and in very good condition except for the fact that the cat clawed it on a few places at the base. It was immensely nicer than our old couch so I said 'yes we'll take it' without hesitation when they offered since they were getting a new one and didn't know what to do with the old.
Well, I hadn't really thought it through all the way apparently, because this new couch still has cat all over it, and so I can't really sit comfortably on it or even in the same room that its in until I get those damn cushions washed... I'm freaking ALLERGIC TO THE COUCH! Every day since we've gotten it I've gone to bed with a runny nose and watery eyes and I'm sneezing enough to shake the ceiling down on our heads. But who has the time to go to the drycleaner? Orz... Anyone have any miracle cure for this? Some way to rid the couch of 'cat' without having to go out and pay a bazillion dollars at the drycleaners? I'm afraid a regular wash would seriously shrink the pillow casings.
