I never used to text people. I thought it was pointless, like if you want to talk to someone why don't you just call them or email them or something! Then I started actually doing it and now I am kind of a text-a-holic. Not so much of one that I will ever exceed my 400 text messages a month plan (I can hear you all thinking "you say this now...") I used to think texting was stupid too, but I like that you can have a half-assed conversation with no obligation to reply right away or even at all. It's just way to tell someone something quickly without having to actually talk to them for more than a minute.

Yeah it's 35 cents per text. And yeah it was like a few months ago.

I just switched over to the 400 texts a month thing b/c I was texting more often than I used to (for the exact reasons you shared). It was weird b/c on the day I switched, I got more texts from more people than, like, ever. It was like they knew...

But yeah, now I text WAY more than before!
